I feel like this environment is very supportive of your growth, both as an engineer and as a person. Despite me lacking profesional knowledge of Python, the team is very helpful in explaining abstract concepts and how things work together.
I can say my first week here was incredibly exciting, as I got to work on a feature from the second day, and managed to live demo it in our fortnightly Show&Tell. This level of hands-on during the onboarding period really helps in better understanding the product/platform from the start.
